- Tranexamic acid :
decreases tyrosinase activity and decrease stimulation of melanocyte via inhibiting UV light–induced plasminogen activator and plasmin activity.
- Kojic acid:
inhibits tyrosinase by chelating the copper ion which normally present in active site of tyrosinase leads to reduction of melanin
